We have launched our newly mobile-optimised website. This will look very familiar to many users as it was previously our desktop-only site.
You will now find that our app now been discontinued and is no longer available, those who had enabled push notifications will have already received this news. We are currently unable to display the Order History section on the new version, but we are working to restore this feature in the future.
The good news is that we no longer require the app because our site is now fully compatible with all devices an will automatically adapt to the device accessing the site.
You can still access your account, just follow these easy steps:
- Click the LOGIN button at the bottom of the homepage or click here.
- Fill in the Email Address and Password fields and click Login to proceed.
- Click the Menu icon at the top-right of the screen.
- Once the menu has opened click the Basket icon at the bottom-left of the screen.
- Click the Account icon on the left side of the screen to access Account Preferences.
- You can now view and edit your Account Information or select Your Contact Preferences to edit how we update you on forthcoming shows and events.
We feel confident that this will offer users a better all-round website experience and continuity, whatever device you’re using.
