Hydrocracker – Community Call Out

Join us for an opportunity to be involved in a new film and audio project Who Cares? Created by Hydrocracker, Royal & Derngate’s resident ensemble company.

WHO CARES? is an exciting new digital co-production between Royal & Derngate and Hydrocracker which asks what would our world be like if we remade it with care at the very centre of life rather than ‘carelessness’?

We are looking for a diverse ensemble of 8-10 people over the age of 18 years, to develop character monologues with Hydrocracker’s creative team of Nathan Crossan- Smith and Jem Wall alongside writers Rebecca Saffir and Thea Gajic. The audio monologues will be recorded at Royal & Derngate, directed by Hydrocracker and accompanied by additional photography and filmed material shot by a professional team in Northampton.
