TICKET SALES ADVISOR – CORBY BASED (20 HOURS)
We are looking for a new team member to join our busy Box Office team. You will be mainly based at The Core at Corby Cube in Corby.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will use your acquired customer service skills to provide an excellent experience for all our visitors, whether by phone or face to face.
In this customer facing sales role you will provide excellent customer service by ensuring the smooth processing of ticket sales within our Box Office operation. You will provide information about shows, creating a welcoming reception environment and courteous point of contact for all visitors. You will be a part of the wider Box Office team, and will responsible for achieving individual sales targets as set by the management team.
Hours: 20 hours per week.
Usual Working Pattern: 9:30-14:45 Tuesday to Friday.
Flexibility Required: Occasional evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
Location: Mainly based in Corby with some shifts at Royal & Derngate in Northampton

Salary: £9,266 per annum (£17,142 Pro-Rata)
