Fixed Term Contract

£7.20 per hour

Do you want to part of a great team achieving the highest level of Customer Service?

We are looking for experienced customer focussed individuals to work at our new cinema screen at Errol Flynn Filmhouse.

You should enjoy meeting people, and be friendly and approachable. An interest in cinema would be a bonus!

Fixed hours are available for these roles (up to 12 hours). You will be required to work weekends and evenings and on a shift basis.

Trusts & Foundations Manager

£36,806 per annum pro-rata – Part-Time Position (19 hours a week)

Working closely with the senior team to identify potential supporters, nurture positive relationships and apply for grants from Trusts and Foundations. You will proven success in researching and writing proposals or bids and excellent networking and communication skills. Freelance Fundraisers are also encouraged to apply.

Special Projects Assistant

£16,225 per annum – Full-Time Position

One Year Fixed Term Contract

You will provide project and administrative support for the planning and delivery of our new projects, including our further expansion into cinema operation and the development of a new school. You will have experience of working with a wide range of people at different levels and across different sectors, have the ability to organise and prioritise your own work, and have excellent communication skills.

Programmer

£20,196 per annum – Full-Time Position

Working closely with the Programming Manager and the CEO, in planning, booking, organising and co-ordinating Royal & Derngate (including Errol Flynn Filmhouse), and The Core at Corby Cube’s presented programmes. You will have experience of programming performances or events and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

HR & Administration Assistant

c£17,500 per annum pro-rata – Part-Time Position (25 hours a week)

You will work in the HR department, providing HR administration for all employees of Royal & Derngate, The Core at Corby Cube and NAMT. You will also work at The Core at Corby Cube, once a week, providing general administration to the General Manager and the team.

You should have experience of working with computerised systems, excellent communication and organisational skills and be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, particularly Excel and Word.

Please be aware this role is based in both Northampton and Corby and you will need to be able to travel to both locations.
