Development Team

Following an internal restructure and to support our growing fundraising ambitions, two exciting new positions have been created in the Development Team for Royal & Derngate and The Core at Corby Cube.

Working across both venues as part of the Marketing and Sales Team, you will be devising and delivering strategies to increase income from membership, individual giving and businesses.

Development Manager

Full-time Position (3 days based at Royal & Derngate, 2 days based at The Core at Corby Cube)

Up to £32k per annum

Customer Experience Team

Customer Service Assistants – Northampton Filmhouse

£7.83 per hour – 8 Fixed Hours per week.

The Northampton Filmhouse opened in 2013 and now boasts two screens, screening the very best in world, independent, British and mainstream films, along with live screenings of theatre, ballet and opera events from around the world.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will meet and greet our customers, sell merchandise and confectionary, work on the bar and attend to the audience during screenings.

You must be available to work evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
